Neue Film 2
Studio Babelsberg’s largest stage complex, Neue Film 2 with its Stage 20 and Stage 21, does not only provide an immense surface of 88,576 sq ft in total, but also Germany’s biggest indoor water tank for film shoots above and under water. Stage 20, measuring 75,826 sq ft, and Stage 21 with 12,751 sq ft are located immediately next to the historic studio lot on the so-called Neues Filmgelände.
Directly adjoining to sound stages 20 and 21 you will find production offices and function rooms on two floors as well as large workshops and storage spaces for prefabrication, props and decoration.
