Studio Babelsberg’s costume studio grew alongside the studio’s film division, over the past 95 years and is now fortunate to count more than 250,000 costumes stored with loving care in its on-the-lot warehouse.
Here, you will not only find a large selection of original outfits that date from the early 20th century to the present, you can also choose from a wide array of specially tailored historic garments created at the studio’s workshops.
We work for both large and demanding film and television productions as well as small theater performances, public service organizations, renaissance fairs, as well as for private events.
Whatever the costume, our knowledgeable crew always takes time to take care of any major or minor detail.
